How much do the wooden props weigh? I would imagine they are much slower to accelerate.

The simonk ESCs are great b/c they have a faster response right? So by the same logic, would more responsive props be better?

Slowfly props are already a bit over the top for quadcopters (cause they're not moving in the prop direction) so even more responsive is just less efficient for the whole system.
Fleet: Baloo Hexa, Mega v2.1.2 FPV quad, HK i86L $70 trashcopter, KK2 5.2" micro quad, Blade mcp-X, Skywalker 1900, 100 mph 1:10 car
Gear: GoPro Hero 2, Fatshark Predator, 600mw 5.8, Spektrum Dx7s, 850mw 1.2, scherrer lrs
Carnage: 1 baloo, 1 lipo, 6 escs, a TV, 1 CCD camera 7 alu arms, 10 plastic arms, 1 gimbal, 1x 5.8 antenna, +/- 50 props, 6 mini frames. Trainer port of a Spektrum remote

did a flight through some trees today and lost radio signal for some reason, plowed into the snow. Picked it up and everything was pefectly fine. I love this frame!
