This may be a record build for me. 4 hours and she ready for a test flight then add my FPV gear.

Did a small year hop and all I can say is WOW!! Default settings she is rock steady in the air, didn't even need to add any trim and she just stay nice and level. Then did a punch out and before I could get 3/4 throttle she was about 30feet in the air and I was panicking because all I could see was the orange light from my receiver. Can not wait to get my FPV gear on her and start doing my fast/stunt flying again. BTW I havnt seen a baloo flip yet so I dot know how fast it is but if I want it slower from default is there a way to do it?
Looks like a clean build, wish I could nab one of those from the store!
As for flipping, can't you flip it at whatever speed you want with good stick control? I've never even attempted a flip so this is just speculation but I would suppose a good pilot can control the flip in whatever way they please.
But... there is a value called 'rotationSpeedFactor' applied to the gyro rates on x/y. It's accessible with the 'a' and 'A' serial commands ('a' prints off the roll and pitch gyro PID values and then the 'rotationSpeedFactor', 'A' is used to write new gyro PIDs and 'rotationSpeedFactor'). This is 1 by default in rate mode and not used in attitude mode, I would assume lowering it will cause slower flips at the cost of snappiness, and vice versa.

Nice, ill take a look at it tonight. Should have my FPV wire harness done tonight and she is completely ready. Then it's finishing my DARPA bird for the faire Saturday.

Did a long flight today and WOW is she fast and agile, I'm going to have a lot of fun with her. I did flip to rate and check the roll speed and it is WAY to slow, at default, to do a nice tight roll. Ill air down on the computer and start messing around with the settings to speed it up.
