Have you set the path to aeroquad source in uploader settings?

If that doesn't help, uninstall all versions of the Configurator and perform a clean installation of the latest version.

I did sadly... Is there a certain place I need to place all of my aeroquad and arduino stuff for it to work? And I downloaded Labview 2011 with the arduino Add on and I am stilll getting the message that the LabView file is still not found. So frustrated

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. I am trying to figure it out for hours now and I am getting a bit frustrated.
I selected the Arduino folder in which the arduino.exe executable is and for the flight software i selected the AeroQuad_v3.0.1 folder. No problems yet until I hit the upload button, the software freezes for 2 minutes and then gives the error 7. Any ideas?

It is strange that your arduino IDE is installed on your desktop. Are you sure this is correct?
The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\arduino-1.0
    Discoquad: Arduino Mega 2560 R3 - Shield 2.0.7 - Turnigy Plush 30 - Turnigy 2217-16 - Zippy 20C 4000 mAh - Spektrum DX7 - GoPro Hero HD - OSD MAX7456 - Flytron GPS module - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuuLBAxKgFE

I have it on my desktop too. The Arduino software is just compressed in a zip file without an installer. That shouldn't be a problem?
