All the NTM prop drive motors chew through current like nobodies business... anything rated over 300W is super overkill IMO.

The foam is very soft, as is the case material. I'd be surprised if they were compressed at all.

Be careful that your propellers aren't distorted by being under the Tx.
They could take on a permanent set which won't help with vibrations.

If you pushed them against the aluminum frame well enough, you'd have yourself an enormous heat sink. Or in the summer you'd have a hot plate =P Seems
