Finally, it was enough cool to do some real FPV, still, frozen! 0c

Ah, thanks for uploading the rest! I was just gonna upload mine.

Some great spent days I'd say! And of course Kenny has become a lot better pilot than me, that's for sure! :) First time I've been in a field with a quad and first time I got to look in FPV goggles.

Great flying Kenny! A bit surrealistic to finally meet someone from the forum! And yeah, I probably should've contacted you Lokling, and some other too perhaps! But I think it would be nicer to have that summer meet that we talked about last year, that way you can spend much more time outdoors flying instead of having to get indoors all the time... Even though it wasn't very cold, sitting still not being able to move too much makes at least my fingers to freeze to ice after a while, that was my biggest problem. I wonder if electrically heated gloves could help...

Happy New Year everyone!

No worries guys, to be honest I dont think I´d be "allowed" to leave the rest of the family in the middle of holidays :-) Lets plan for something this summer

For winter flying this helps a lot: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=11738

Just dont do as I did - throwing my micro airplane into the air as usually do, and didnt find the hole in the glove before the plane reached the ground :P

Nice videos indeed. And it looks like you guys had a lot of fun.

Did i miss a thread or something else about the summer meet? (not that i'm inviting myself) :)
Already an idea which continent/country/city/building this could take place?

@remspoor This was me and Honk discussing last summer over email. I think the consensus was simply that a meet was best held in the summer when its warm :-) Ideally we´d find somewhere with an airstrip and a hotel/lodging nearby and be able to invite everyone :-)

We have some good field in Canada :)

@lokling: Ha, thanks...
The summer is indeed a better time to play with our toys. Especially around 21 june, we can fly at least for 20 hours a day in Scandinavia ;-)
Also, Stockholm/Oslo is drivable from our place.

@ Kenny999: I sure believe you about the space in Canada! But......... it's really more like 'far far away land' ;-)
Canada is still on our vacation wish list though.
